Bologna, baloney — whatever you call it — makes a fine sandwich on whole wheat bread spread with a little real mayo. I haven’t had one in a very, very long time, but I bought a package of Petit Jean Meats (Arkansas-made) bologna last week and have had a sandwich for lunch nearly every day since. Makes me feel like playing Skip-It, climbing trees, and reading Enid Blyton fairy tales again. (No, it doesn’t. But bologna tastes better than you remember.)

Finding the new photo-editing option included in the updated iOS 7 phone. It’s a terrific addition to my basic editing arsenal. So is the option of shooting in burst mode, although I’m not sure at the moment what in my life I need to capture frame by frame. I like having the option, though.

The newest issue of Domino magazine is in my hands today after a search of two bookstores. Already planning a happy two-hour read for later.
I love boloney sandwhiches too…throw some in a frying pan and put cheese on it and toast the bread and serve with real mayo…OM goodness so good!
Oooh, that sounds good! I’ll give it a try!
